Off Gramatan Avenue shows footage around Mount Vernon New York, specifically the neighborhood of Fleetwood, with perspectives from several longtime residents on how the neighborhood has changed over the years. The runtime is 6 minutes.

This is a documentary made in 2024 with the help of Maysles Documentary Center in Harlem, New York as part of their Vanguard Docmakers program; a fellowship for young adult filmmakers. The film was shown as part of a showcase at Maysles and later was screened at the Mount Vernon Film Festival (since renamed Mount Vernon Independent Film Festival). The short film later aired on CUNY TV, which is the University system’s public access tv station.
